In addition we run a one day Essential Pharmacy Manager Workshop.
This is a highly interactive and engaging one day programme for new managers or those who have had little formal management development. The day covers the role of the manager, understand how to manage, motivate and develop teams. And how to handle difficult people and delegate effectively.
This workshop has a maximum of 10 delegates allowing a high level of interaction between those attending and the trainers. Handouts and notes are provided to allow the delegates to reflect and use as a reference at a later date. A buddy coaching system is set up on the day to provide ongoing support, and also an email support network is established.
